I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Herten. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with very comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi connection, making it easy for me to relax and stay connected. Additionally, the location next to Castle Herten was a bonus, allowing for easy exploration of the nearby park. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options in a bright and spacious setting.

Additionally, the hotel offers a good wi-fi connection, which was perfect for keeping in touch with friends and family. Lastly, the breakfast spread was quite impressive, with a variety of options including fruit, yogurt, and croissants.

There was only one minor issue during my stay, but overall everything was okay.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff We had a great weekend at this hotel. It was conveniently located and just a short walk to the town center and nearby castle. the staff was very helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They were always willing to assist us with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

Small Towels and Limited Breakfast Options On the downside, the towels could have been larger or thicker, and perhaps an extra washcloth or two would have been nice. the breakfast buffet had limited options with only scrambled eggs as the warm choice.

We stayed here for a romantic getaway and appreciated the bed and spacious room. It was also great that there was free parking available. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The hotel fell short in other aspects. The cleanliness could have been better and the lack of air conditioning made it a struggle to sleep in the hot and humid room.
